This Privacy Policy aims to inform you about how we collect, process, and protect your personal information, in strict compliance with Law No. 8968 on Protection of the Person regarding the Processing of their Personal Data of the Republic of Costa Rica and its Regulations.

The requested information is necessary to provide our services. Refusal to provide the data required as mandatory could make it impossible to provide the service or sell the product.

Solvai may collect the following types of personal data:

Solvai will respond to your request within the deadlines established by Law No. 8968 (generally 5 business days for internal procedures or 10 days according to regulations). The procedure is free.

Solvai undertakes not to sell, rent, or share your personal data with unauthorized third parties. Your data may only be transferred in the following cases:
- Trusted service providers (e.g. payment gateways, hosting services) who act as "Data Processors" under our instructions and with strict confidentiality agreements.
