  • Billing: Solvai will issue the corresponding electronic invoice for the acquisition of the service or product, which will be sent to the email provided by the Client.

  • Law No. 7472 (Consumer): Solvai adheres to the Law on Promotion of Competition and Effective Defense of the Consumer of Costa Rica. The Client shall have the right to request the warranty or file claims in accordance with this law before the Ministry of Economy, Industry and Commerce (MEIC).
  • Limitation of Liability: Solvai is not responsible for damages or losses that may arise from Internet service failures, computer viruses, interruptions, or any force majeure event. Solvai's total liability to the Client for any concept shall be limited to the value paid for the specific service or product that generated the claim.

Any controversy or dispute arising in relation to the execution, interpretation, or compliance with these T&C shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Justice of the Republic of Costa Rica, the User expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
